These terms govern the use of Voicelume (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Article 2 (Accounts)

Users sign in using their Google account. Users are responsible for managing their account credentials.

Article 3 (Service Description)

The Service provides AI-powered subtitle generation and translation for audio and video files. Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed and results should be used as reference only.

Article 4 (Pricing and Payment)

Starter plan is $9.9/month and Pro plan is $29.9/month. Payment is processed via credit card through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect immediately, but features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attacks on our systems
• Automated mass access using bots or scripts

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of transcription results or any service interruptions.

Article 7 (Data Handling)

Uploaded files are retained based on your plan tier, then automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page.
